Chrome paint or Coating for a fiberglass bumper?

About 5 years ago I had my fiberglass bumpers painted chrome from a guy near Tulsa. I am not sure of the product he used, it was some type of paint/coating. It was SNS Chrome that did it. He did an amazing job and you can't tell they are fiberglass at all. Last year I had a run in with the wall and had to get a new front bumper.
