Carbide endmills, ER collets or endmill holders?

End mill holders for end mills, just makes sense. Carbide end mills can be ordered with the set screw flat, you just need to ask for it. Or make your own. Running end mills without a set screw flat is just asking for trouble, IMHO. Problem with collet holders is the huge club of a nut on the end. Can't get close to shoulders.
